Auction Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all auction items listed on our website. By placing a bid, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Auction Date, Time & Closure

  • - All auction lots end on Thursday 4th December at 8:00pm (UK time), unless extended.
  • - If a bid is placed within the final 1 minute, bidding extends by 2 minutes.
  • - Further bids placed within the last minute will continue to trigger 2-minute extensions.
  • - The auction closes only when no bids occur in the final 1-minute window.

2. Bidder Accounts

  • - You must be logged into an active account to bid.
  • - Bids cannot be placed without being signed in.

3. Bidding Rules

  • - All bids are final and cannot be undone.
  • - Automatic bidding is available by selecting - Automatic Bid on the product.
  • - The system will bid for you up to your maximum amount.
  • - Automatic bids cannot be lowered once set.

4. Winning, Purchase & Time to Pay

  • - Highest valid bid wins when the auction ends.
  • - If you win:
    • - You will receive an email with a link to purchase.
    • - Check junk/spam if you don't receive it.
  • - You must sign in with the same account used to bid to complete the purchase.
  • - You have 4 days (until 8pm on 8th December) to complete payment.
  • - If not completed, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • - All auction sales are final.
  • - No cancellations, refunds or returns are accepted.

6. Contact & Communication

  • - Email notifications are provided as a courtesy only.
  • - We are not responsible for emails missed due to spam filters or incorrect inbox settings.
